Enrollment FAQs

How will I know if my child is accepted into the school?

If your child is accepted, you will received a phone call from the school & we will ask you to complete an Enrollment Packet.   The Enrollment Packet is your first critical step to completing the enrollment process at our school as it contains further information about necessary paperwork.

What happens if there are no seats available?

In some situations, the grade to which your child is applying may have a waiting list. If your child is placed on the waiting list, do not be discouraged. Waiting list movement is very common, especially during the summer months. Openings can occur at any time, even after the school year begins. You will be notified by phone when a seat becomes available.

How can I tour CCA-CFA?

A schedule of school tours can be found on our website under the Enrollment Information tab.

If I am on a waiting list do I still need to apply for next year’s lottery??

Yes, applications DO NOT roll over from year to year.  You must reapply each year.  Wait list numbers DO NOT roll over as well.  Each year is a fresh start.
